Super Hotel O Novelty Inn

worst experience. on arrival at the time of check-in the hotel staff told me that they sended cancel request for my room to **** bcoz thre were no staff so they are unable to provide any services. I tried to contact Goibibo to cancel my booking and provide some other hotel but not getting through. more then an hour I was standing. But didn't had any choice. So I stayed in same hotel. Bathroom was not clean, bed seat was dirty. Scienc long I am using Goibibo for my hotel booking but this was worst. I am so disappointed with Goibibo.

I had to pay extra 2100 to get a room. The staff at the hotel denied giving a room initially, after that showed us a very small congested room which was very unhygienic, they knew we would not take it. then told us to pay extra 2100. they told they are earning lower tariff so they were not taking booking. there was no food facility, we had to order food from outside.

Rooms are good, amenities are good, hotel food is awesome, staff behaviour is also up to the mark. They will cooperate you after paying extra money. I managed and gave them extra money. Support was too fast in resolving the matter and the staff came to my door to return my extra paid money within 10 min. thank you customer support. :) thank you GOIBIBO :)

service not good not provide free breakfast ... service is very poor geaser is not working i am bathing cold water and after iam ill. toilet flush also not working room service available after 1 hour very poor and third class service
