this is the actual quality of Hotel.They didn't even cleaned the washroom, toilet sheet, n whole washroom was extremely dirty n unhygienic ( I can't upload it) --- I had to ask them 4 times to get it cleaned.N the uploaded photos is of the cleanest room of the Hotel.early morning, there's no one on reception.they didn't cleaned the bedsheet n pillowcovers ,it was like someone pissed on the bed.AC remote was missing.they gave an old unsealed water bottle.No security - in the name of staff(only 2 person were present).Smelly pillows n bedsheet,with lots of hairs of Girls. I DID MISTAKE IN TRUSTING ( Goibibo).They didn't cross checked the hotels, they're providing on their website n app with extremely good ratings.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN Goibibo.Worst experience ever. yess , in washroom,there was Pan-masala or Gutka spits on the wall.They only provided 1 soap kit for the room of 2 adults. BEFORE visiting the property,I tried many times to call the Hotel.The provided hotel number on Goibibo, is of OYO.what a bizarre,n the oyo asks u for the 10 digit code of booking, But Goibibo has a lot more than 10 digits.so, wasn't able to talk to hotel . so , I went on Google n took the hotel no. ,n called them. Then hotel booking managing personal asked me to cancel the Goibibo booking n directly book hotel from them.Then only, she'll transfer the call to the manager of the Hotel. What an awful experience.Worst Hotel experience of my whole life.

Impressive, elegant, and welcoming! The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-appointed. The amenities were top-notch, especially the spa and pool area. The hotel’s location was ideal for exploring the city and surrounding attractions. Every member of the staff was friendly and eager to assist. A perfect place to stay.

The room was ok but very dirty, not clean, bed sheets and blankets were very dirty and no toiletries and towel and drinking water mug, and there is no running water in the bathroom, the hotel has no restaurant then there is no telephone also, receptionist does not answer, rest everything is ok,
