Hotel O Sapphire Homes Stay

The Hotel Services are pathetic. Linen, room, bathrooms, balconies, bucket, electricity, nearby places- nothing is perfect for a long stay. People book and use it for only few hours, leaving stains on the bedsheets. When I reached there roads were blocked from both end had to literally walk with the bags to the hotel. I had booked my stay for 15 days, while entering only I had requested for the cleanest room they have as I have a very long stay, and they agreed and showed me the room. It was really untidy, the balcony and bathroom, I asked them to clean or provide another room but they said as of now we have only this room, maybe tomorrow we'll provide a better one. Next day they showed even worst rooms, So I thought of continuing in the same room. Electricity also was not available for 6 hours straight, no AC/geyser. The receptionist got very upset and threatened me to leave the hotel within half an hour, I only has to search and shift the very next day. The receptionist said - What do you expect for amt paid in day from a hotel??? Ans - I expect safety, respect and amenities worth the money. Cleaning staff was nice but cleaning alone will not work, they need to change linen, pillows every month atleast, get their walls painted every once in a while, get their bathrooms sanitized everyday. Pathetice stay.

Negligence to provide any food related services, can order only through online sources12. No commutation arrangement support, i.e. to be arranged it online at all times like OLA or Uber13. No mobile signals (Jio) in the room14. No tea coffee or any kitchen-related services15. Rural backward outskirts, no shops or convenience around, for anything needed, everytime need to go to Laxmi Chowk by walk

No network in rooms, and the rooms were too small. Nothing was provided—no towels, no soap, no handwash. There was no mattress, mirror, cupboard, or small table to place anything—just a bed and a TV. No water bottle was provided, and for water, you had to walk to the ground floor to fill your bottle from a water jar. Breakfast was included but not provided. was a horrible experience—don’t go and it was truly disappointing.

the washroom cleanliness and hygiene is very bad, already stained with dirt everywhere and no single cleaning session throughout my 3 day stay. bedsheet changed once only when i requested after being frustrated about it not being changed.
