When I reached at property after booking around 10 PM, receptionist deny to gave room. He told me that they don't have any room and all property is fully booked already. After showing the booking details they offer to try me their another property just nearby, but they took me around 5-6 Kms from there to another area, which was not looking safe. It was rough and dirt road. After completing about the property to manager, he refuses to gave me room to same property that I booked for. After contacting customer service they offer me another property, which was also not good. But I had to shift there, because of late hours of night. Somehow I manage to stay in compulsion. Over all it was very harassing, bad and scary experience.I specifically requesting to every booking service provider, please make sure before making contracts with any property, that no guest suffers after booking. Thank You

none of the acs were working, there was one and only staff in the hotel who was rude and disrespectful. staff told there is no electricity, you have to manage with fan only

torn bed sheets , doors without handles, empty hand wash, no internet, no telecom, no t.v. , no hot cattle in winters, dirty bed and uncleaned floors
