Room and food was good but service is very bad , staff is very rude Even they are charging 20rs for 500ml bisleri water. No drinking water available in hotel. I booked a room for 3 people but hotel staff refused to give extra bedding and other facilities including towel , soap etc for 3rd person.Staff was very very bad, specially one receptionist girl who shouted on me , was behaving very badly. "Gaao ka local staff lag raha tha".

maha bekaar hotel hai koi facility nahi koi bhi is hotel ko book Na kare, TV nahi chalta hai, Paani tak nahi dete , intercom phone bhi band hai manager ka behaviour bahut rude tha, staff bhi cooperative nahi tha , room ka door bhi ander se lock nahi ho raha tha lock kharaab tha bolne par bhi nahi banaya.

property is good but it is not well maintained. It doesn't have electricity backup. washrooms of hotel rooms not at all well maintained. Some get flooded while taking shower, others have leaky water faucets. not a good experience.

hotel staff is supportive. rest overall value for money . just as the location is near to malls and gr8 to spend some peaceful time. love the greenery near to the location. overall peaceful and nature paradise.

These people not provided any rooms citing that their is any event going.when we tried to contact customer care they said that they will issue a refund but till date nothing has been done.

Hotel is good. Amenities is also good. location is also good. It is a good hotel in Lucknow. I went to see the IPL match in Lucknow. I stay here. Manager is very good person.

Not recommended this Hotel rooms are not clean i need to call them multiple time for romm cleanness but no one is Come after Three calls and rooms lock is not working
