If you want just a room, then go for it the rooms are good and somewhat clean, but if you want something else like a decent service too then please don't go for it... because the staff is totally uncooperative and they'll ignore you; it seems like they're doing you a favour just by listening to you. If you call and ask for something it might come an hour, two hours later or it may never come. So, my stay was just average. At the end I switched to a bunk bed in The Hosteller, even they had better service and ambience than this OYO Townhouse.

Absolute nightmare of a stay!! - No water whatsoever for freshing oneself up - Dirty rooms with dead cockroaches everywhere - Non-functional lifts and had to bear the pain of bad knee for 2 days walking up and down - Flexible checkin promised but not delivered - Very small room for an unjustified price, A.C is a namesake dummy machine running Only one answer from hotel reception for everything - MAINTENANCE STAFF IS NOT AVAILABLE !! I almost feel like propaganding for total shutdown of this self proclaimed joke of a hotel service.

The stay rooms and wash rooms were quite neat but even drinking water was not provided in rooms. Tv was not working basic kettle , coffee or tea sachets were also not provided. Location was also away from the main road and not a single coffee or tea shop nearby . Shall not recommend to anyone

Most important very hygienic and clean.Staff was very polite. Mr.Arjun showed good hospitality.Prompt services Cheap and extremely affordable to spend 24-36hrs due work.One doesn't have to spend huge amounts for just a day or two.No stress
