Super Townhouse Island Inn

The experience was excellent. We had stayed there for a day on our way to Kodugallur. The place is awesome to stay. The property is very beautiful, located very close to Periyar. It is easy to locate(can be seen from the varapuzha bridge) the property but difficult to reach. The staff were well behaved and very helpful (especially the staff at front Office : Jesmy). Check in was fast. The room was clean and tidy and spacious. The bathroom was clean. There was some issue in the room and was sorted out immediately by the staff. I would have given five 🌟 but gave four for just two things..1. They don't have a restaurant in the premises but UberEats, Swiggy does deliver. We had a difficult time to find a decent for evening tea. (Atleast serve tea/coffee in the morning and evening.). 2. The bed was hard and left us with a sore back. It would be nice if the guest are allowed to use the pool till 9pm(open only till 6am-6pm). Yes they do charge an additional Rs 50 per head but that's fine as we found the pool to be clean and well maintained. Please put couple of chairs in the sit out. All said we will definitely choose the place for our next stay provide the management atleast sort the bed issue. Very spacious rooms, Ample space with the property to spend a calm evening. Away from the hussle of the city.

Great beautiful and peaceful location, away from city but still very reachable. Spacious, clean room and bathroom with adequate facilities. Great view, by lake side. One can sit and enjoy the view. Take Mosquito coil to protect against mosquitoes. The suit room was superb, with a small private porch where you can sit down and relax. Presently, resort doesn't have a restaurant but many are there in a short distance. Else one can order online too. Swimming pool usage is paid@50/- per hour. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Only negative is that there no kettle or refrigerator in the room. So even for a cup of tea, one has to go out. Overall, with the special offer rate from GoIbibo, it's amazing, absolute value for money. Peaceful, privacy, great lake view

Best lakeside hotel if u wanna stay in kochi... great location, great atmosphere and lifeless management. Needs more improvement in the areas of house keeing and room service. No food and water bottle available, and kindly chnage these decade old Bed linens, quilts and towels. Calm and quite. Adequate room space and privacy

Good experience and peaceful property for the stay. swimming pool is really good to enjoy.only concern is that there is no restruant inside the premise.And we have booked with breakfast but we can't able to get food which we have already paid, it was a really disappointed.
