1-Star Review — Disappointed Stay at Hotel Marina I had high expectations from Hotel Marina, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not well-maintained — the bedsheets looked unwashed, and the bathroom had a foul smell throughout my stay. The service was equally poor; the staff was unresponsive and showed little interest in solving any issues. The food was overpriced and lacked both taste and variety. What was advertised online and what I experienced were completely different. Definitely not worth the money — I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. NAAM KA SUIT ROOM BS HAI ...

It was very Bad and the towel was not given. Rooms are tiny, they demand extra money after online booking. They also didn't serve breakfast and we had booked the Room with complimentary breakfast. Parking is not free, the charge is Rs 40 per da. No AC will work when electricity is not there. There is NO room service and no water. Keys were not working, and whenever you had to unlock the room you had to call the staff. Overall very bad and rude behavior. Not recommended at all.

One of the worst stays. Provided me a Deluxe room which was too small for 2 people, the bedsheet and duvet was dirty and not properly made..I had to ask the hotel people thrice to make the room.. No shower gel, the hand soap bottle was empty..Booked the hotel with Breakfast and when checking out they charged me for the breakfast which was really unexpected..The attitude of the front office staff was really annoying.. Very arrogant and mannerless..

Very poor experience! I would not recommend booking this hotel for anyone. They are looting customers. They don't have any services available but have mentioned those in apps. The food was way too costly as per quantity and quality. The washroom were not clean. very bad. Seems they purchased the ratings, all the good rating must be fake.

the receptionist was very arrogant, made me wait for 45 mins before doing check-in process and was busy with other staffs gossiping around. also in the day time when i asked for the breakfast the other staff told breakfast is not included whereas i booked the room which provides breakfast, pls hire some professional,

Very bad smell of room and bathroom. It was a very bad experience. The painting of the room is completely bad. There was a dirty smell coming from the bathroom. It is not as seen in the photo uploaded by hotel.

Worst hotel.... Actually it's not a hotel it's a Lodge they doesn't even provide breakfast.... They manipulate you by telling wrong times. Don't make a wrong decision by choosing this.... You ll regret

Really Well Condition Room, Bed are not attached at Classic Room. Sunlight is coming easily in morning which is most pleasurable. Easy Checkin and Checkout.
