respected authoritaties..i thankful to you to preventing me hotel room ..but i want to express my bad experience in hotel room to you ..that is ..we booked 2 rooms for our usa visa interview and also paid total amount in advance immediately..upto that is ok.the rooms are in 3rd floor 305 and 306 are room numbers, rooms are also nice ac also good , beds also good ..but in 305 room the geyser is not working, the hotel staff already know that 305 room geyser is not working, intentionally they provided us that roomwe told them that geyser is not working..they told me that technician will come and will check, but till morning no technician has came to repair..we have to go to us embassy for interview at 8.30 am ..so we woke up early geyser is not working and another thing is the toilet flush water is not flowing inside the toilet tank full with water ...and when we woke up we saw that water from taps are not coming..we make a call to reception and told him that water is not coming in taps .he told me that just now he on the water motor just wait for some time ..and we have no time to wait and we ..went out outside for us embassy without having bath ..feel how it will be ..it happens with you ..the 306 room ac and geyser and room is good ..but early morning faced the water problem.in 306 room also .. please check it sir bcoz.. everyone will suffer

i recently stayed at super townhouse in nanakramguda and had a wonderful experience. the rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, offering a comfortable ambiance that made it easy to relax after a busy day. the bed was exceptionally cozy, and the furnishings in the room added to the elegance. i was impressed by the washroom, which was well-maintained and spotless, with all the necessary amenities provided. it felt like the staff took great care to ensure everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay very pleasant.the food at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety, catering to both local and international tastes. the breakfast spread was fresh and well-organized, which added a nice touch to start the day. the staff, in general, was courteous and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests promptly. i truly appreciated their professionalism and friendliness, which added a personal touch to the stay. overall, super townhouse in nanakramguda made for a memorable and delightful stay – i’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I have given extra amount for opting the breakfast but when i have checked in to this hotel they have denied that they don't have this option at all. This is worst experience ever. Also, the hotel room is comfortable for 2 person. I have been charged extra amount for 3 persons which is exactly same. So I won't recommend if you are family and planning to stay here.

everything was clean and nice. we booked 2 rooms and in one room they gave one towel and after requesting for another one, which they said will provide in 15 min but never came. and in the other room they didn't even bother to provide a towel. and it's better to use washroom after you turnoff the geyser cause my sister in law got a shock.
