super courteous staff, was able to check-in at 10pm and that too in a complimentary staff rooms despite of paying full, in advance. Staff undergarments and used towels available in advance.accompanied by spiders and spiderwebs in room.walls beautifully decorated with snowflakes and previous year paint on floor.unique method of eco friendly use of linen, use the pillow covers inside out for repeat use.linen not washed, had cigarette burn holes.paid for breakfast, but couldn't get even a tea.SAVE HASSLES AND MONEY.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. No facilities were provided. Dirty bedsheets and no towel was provided. Had to purchase drinking water bottles from my own money. Total waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also this was overpriced,
