Property was not clean with broken furnitures. Even bathroom light was not working and we had to use torches. Impolite staff that did not helped in providing basic water bottles. We had to order through Swiggy for water bottles and soaps. Also, we requested for an hour late check-out at the time of check-in, which was approved at the reception. However, they rejected the discussion the next morning and told us to pay for one additional day if we stayed for more than 15 minutes from the check-out timing (11 AM). Impolite staff. Horrible property.

Other than location that it is on golf course road, there is nothing to mention about this property. You can find better properties in this price. It is not maintained at all. Ceiling fan was so dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Bathroom was dirty. Please do not book.

there was no basic amenetieis like soap, towel, fan was not working, telephone dead. need to go to reception eveytime for any help. in this price one can get better hotel than this .

I booked room 201 and 203. room 201 TV not working, AC not working. room 203 tv not working, toilet jet pump not working. I checked in at 1 am and checked out 4 am. waste of money
