worst rooms and services, air conditioners are there but doesnt work at all, too many mosquitoes, bed sheets full of stains, its oyo hotel but the maintenance and cleanliness is 0, didn’t sleep whole night due to the non working ac and the biggest and worst i felt was false location of hotel on maps

Stayed here with my fiancé and were disappointed. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and an unclean bathroom. It felt neglected and poorly maintained. Definitely not what we expected for a couple’s stay. Would not recommend unless cleanliness is improved. A very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience overall.

The experience was not at all good right the moment we entered the room. It was too shabby and stinking and not at all cleaned. The wooden flooring was coming out at places and the walls were dirty. The electrical sockets were hanging out. The matress was uneven. the pillow covers were not washed and were torn. The bucket in the bathroom was broken. i even complained at the reception and also called from the room. despite this i had to again go and ask for a fresh bucket. There was no dustbin in ...more

Hi Respected sir, we reached at hotel on 10th August 2024 at super town house 390 Madhav sector 58 but the lights at the hotel were out of order and manager refused to give room.so we couldn't stay at hotel.we have to arrange another hotel. So kindly refund my money thanks. we did not stay at the hotel because lights were out of order and manager refused to give us room.

No light in room for more than 7 hr , AC is not working in more than half of rooms in hotel. Bathroom flush is not working. worst experience at reception. Need for argue in every small things.

The hotel is an average hotel. The sheets were having stains. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Bathroom light was functioning properly. Make sure to reconfirm the booking by calling the hotel if you have booked it at a lower price as they might ask for extra money at the time of checkin citing the reason that they cant afford to give a room at that price. Sharing this from my personal experience.

The experience was not at all good right the moment we entered the room. It was too shabby and stinking and not at all cleaned. The wooden flooring was coming out at places and the walls were dirty. There was no dustbin in the room or even in the bathroom. Neither they provided any of the toiletries nor they kept water in the room. On being asked they gave a bottle and REFUSED TO GIVE THE GLASSES. And most importantly the rooms did not have any latch from inside. it was just the key lock in the door itself which could be opened from outside too m IT WAS 11 PM AND SOMEBODY KEEP KNOCKING AND RANG THE DOORBELL SEVERAL TIMES AND EVEN TRIED TO OPEN THE DOOR. ON BEING ASKED WHOS THERE NOBODY REPLIED. so i ask everyone to NOT book this hotel ever... ever... ever keeping in mind rhe safety concerns.

place was hard to find due to lack of any signage or hoarding, property is new so it lacks basic amenities.rooms got no slippers ,full of mosquitoes ,they don't provide all out in spite of repeated request my car was covered with small sprinkles of paint while in there parking.

3rd class property. The basic thing in room bedding was broke. no lock in washroom no light in Washroom. I suggest avoid this hotel and pay something extra in other hotel
