Pros: The rooms are spacious and the location is very good.. the main market is just 5 mins away. dine in is available with the hotel and room service available as well. very well behaved staffs. Cons: there is no dedicated car parking but there are spaces infornt of the hotel. it not challenging to park the car. the room was not that clean, I might have got a room which was not used for a long time. I would recommend it for sure.

The location of the hotel is good, it is situated in the main market area. everything can be easily accessible in walking distance. the rroms are up to the mark. but they should atleast provide all the basic toiletries, which was missing. they have in-house restaurant, which is ok, but the rates are very high.

staffs are friendly, hotel environment are also very good ,even the area where the hotel is present is also very good because it is present near to the main market .the only thing I am very disappointed with is about price of the item present in his own restaurant which is very high

I have booked Surya Hotel Dhenkanal Orissa* Hotel is very good but the hotel manager behaviour is very negative , instead of prepaid booking they deny to check in and half hour later they allow but regularly they have asked the payment **

the worst hotel I have ever seen. we didnt dare to stay upto check out time. nothing is working properly in this hotel very much poor service manager was not listening properly except giving excuses.

It was unusual for the hotel to do pest control in all the floors while people are staying in the hotel.
