SVR HOTEL & BANQUET

Room intercom, door bell, television remote were not working. Stink coming from the room throughout the stay. Room was not sweeped properly. No room service available milk and early bed tea before 8:30am.On Wednesday night for ordering dinner, they denied and said there is no staff available, only veg thali is available. Then we ordered food through Zomato. On requesting for bedsheet change they initially denied, but later when the property owner entered they changed it around 10 in the night. No one came to clear the used utensils and garbage, shared picture also. Manager on Wednesday was very rude enough. The positive point was that the washrooms were clean. Bisleri mineral water was free for the entire stay.

Overall Comfortable stay. Decent behaviour by staffs & faculties. Familiar kind of environment for stay especially for ladies. Staffs are co-operative for any kind of queries. Meals are also good quality wise & quantity wise. Even Hotel servicing are also somehow upto mark. One thing need to be get corrected in future is to managing room during banquet hall parties. That's all! Familiar behaviour of staffs're highlight during stay. In absence of mine, One of the staff used to keep checking on my mother for any kind of help or meal she need. Visited there with my mother & as a family stay, I found this overall a good experience.

I booked and paid for 2 rooms well But on the day of checkin, I received a call from the hotel that only one room is available. This was really shocking. Hotel said that they will give one more room on the next day. One room was specifically booked for a female guest and it really was a horrible experience when the hotel denied us a room even when everything was paid.

Horrible stay. Very very poor service. Room was too dirty.Curtains seems like washed years ago.No grooming kit is given.No room service is available.If you want towel you have to call atleast 10 times then they want to give.very very much horrible stay
