Sweet Fantasy Resort

We stayed at Sweet Fantasy Resort for 2 days and it was a wonderful experience. The property is very clean, well maintained and beautiful. The room and washroom was again neat and clean and very elegant with all comfort and amenities. Every room has an outstanding balcony with a sea view. This property is right on the sea beach and there's a private entry to the beach from the resort and also a deck overlooking the sea. Their gym, clubhouse,cafe,bar,poolside everything is amazing. But a few cons of this property we experienced are: 1) The road to this resort is horrible and it's located in the extreme end of the beach. 2) Food here is quite expensive and kind of average nothing over the top. The breakfast buffet is okayish not much variety is provided. No shacks or shops around this property. 3) This is a personal experience which was also quite annoying, we had checked in late at 3 PM though the check-in time is 12 PM. Our delay had also been informed over the phone to the resort receptionist prior, but when we arrived the formalities were quick and they gave us a room on 3rd floor ( mind it this property has no lift) which was not ready and was being cleaned. The housekeeping staff told us to stand outside with our luggage for 15 mins until they cleaned and then we could enter the room. We complained about this mismanagement and unprofessionalism and they gave us another room on the second floor within some time. But the experience upon entering was a bit disturbing. This property is definitely a recommendation if one can ignore the small issues.

Hotel reception are just cheat with us the room they provide is wrong category of Room I booked Four Bedded Sweet Super Deluxe Room they provided us absolutely different from the room photos and they are justify other reason and ask arbitrarily high price for providing other rooms. At the time pf check in rooms are not cleaned Although I found several other good reviews but I must recommend you not to trust on the this kind of hotel as it was a prepaid so i don't have any choice. Now several reviews i read the swimming pool is nice but it was average , restaurants space is not adequate enough like the size of the hotel we need to wait for a long finally the staff arrange separate chairs table. Rather restaurants staff are quite manageable.And finally I must suggest to provide room number to avoid this kind of confusion which ruins your expectations As you saw a room photo and get another category of room.

complaint for booking at sweet fantasy beach resort, mandarmani (check-in: 10th june, check-out: 11th june)i had booked 2 rooms via goibibo and 1 room directly at the hotel. we were 6 adults and 1 infant. while the stay was okay, i was extremely disappointed with the rude behaviour of the reception staff.we went for breakfast at exactly 10:00 am, the closing time, and ate what was left. just as we finished, i got a call from mr. das demanding we check out immediately. i requested just one hour as i had a small baby to feed, but he coldly replied, “that’s not my lookout.”i found this behaviour highly unprofessional and insensitive. a little empathy, especially towards families with infants, is the least you expect from a hotel. i request goibibo to take note of this and ensure such experiences are not repeated for other guests.— tanwir ahmed

The experience was somewhat horrible to worst and literally ruined my trip experience. I was travelling with my family however we had to wait for at least an hour to check in due to their ID issue (they mentioned that they had prior bad experience hence could not trust guests). However, their service and food quality was very good but the manager who sits in the reception has very bad behaviour which made us literally feel odd for the same ID issue. They also made us wait during check out as well. Summing up, I would not recommend the hotel to any of my friends or family. Everything starting from the check in to check out except the food quality.
