We stayed in this hotel on new year eve (31.12.22) Pros- Property: Beautiful. Behaviour of Staff: Polite and humble. Special mention to front office staff including Ms. Shivani and Mr. Bashir. Cleanliness: Impeccable cleaning service Food: Wide range of delicious food. Cons-1.food is little pricey. 2. The hotel lacks kids play area/kids zone. However, over all experience was amazing. Cosy ambience. Check-in and Check- out was hassle free with least formalities. Again, Check in was special as they welcome you in traditional Indian style. My son got a gift pack including crayons, colouing book and a soft toy.

Taj is a brand in itself. It didn't let us down by any means. I went there with my very close friend who had come to the hotel out of excitement of staying in a 5 star for the very first time. The only thing which disappointed us a little bit was that the Check-in was not contactless as mentioned. We had to fill a small form. The management team is very helpful and good. We were offered a complimentery drink during check in. I will Visit Again if I come to Kolkata next time. It was total fun staying there. Full privacy and helpful staff.

A royal experience in the Taj. The staff was really helpful and followed all covid safety protocols. Variety of food and cuisine options to choose from. Rooms are spacious. With beautiful, classy interiors and ambience, a must stay for anyone looking for a royal escape in the city of Kolkata. would love to come and stay again.

Review: Lives up to its name!!! It has Taj written all over it at every touch point be it the ambience, be it the meticulous carvings and architecture design, be it the luxury, be it the live music being played, be it the demeanour of the staff. Prompt and courteous service. Everything bears the Taj signature.

It was an amazing experience. I had travelled with my family and the staff was very humble and welcoming. The best place to stay with family. The staff made us feel special as a family and helped us with everything from booking restaurant for lunch and dinner to making our stay comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at Taj Bengal. I was upgraded to a luxury room and found the front desk personnel warm and courteous. the room was delightful, as was my lunch at the coffee shop (Cal 27). I also had a nice cup of Darjeeling tea at the Promenade.

I had a lovely stay at Taj Bengal. My room was perfect with a generous supply of tea bags. As always, the coffee shop offered a wonderful dining experience. My meal was delicious and I benefited from the staff's warmth and courtesy.
