TGN SUITS - HOTEL (Near Raipur Airport)

This hotel deserves Negative Stars. On arrival watchman didn't think it necessary to help with the luggage. Just sat and watched. The Main person at the reception did not even look up to see who has arrived. He talked non stop on his phone and left, leaving a junior to do the check in. We were hungry and asked if we could have dinner or snacks at the restaurant or room service. The answer was No as they were attending to a wedding reception. She said order from Zomato! Went to the room and found the toilet leaking water continuously. Maintenance man could not repair it. So he said you will have to control it via the stop cock! The sheets in the room were also stained in several places. I asked to change room. They said no this is the only one. And as if that's not enough the room had lost of mosquitoes. Fortunately I have just one night here. Never again. This place is utterly horrid. Avoid like poison.

Not worth it. For three people, provided only one bottle even if they charged for 3 people in a room. When asked to show the policy and rules, did not have answer. Had paid for the breakfast while booking the room. They served breakfast without water. Even in the room, the dustbin was broken. The property owner should think about the customers not about how to make money for long term survival. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. The electricity keeps going out again and again. 2. There’s a strange smell coming from the room. 3. The food is just okay. 4. The AC doesn’t work. I complained, someone came to check it, said he’d come back—but never did. 5. You order one thing, and something else arrives—poor service. Go to this place at your own risk.
