We were used to stay in this hotel since 1 year but this time it was very worst. As we reached in the room the manager called us and said you have to vacate the room becoz we have to give this to some political person. And they wasted pur 4 hours. Anyhow i convinced that my husband is not fine. But another day again they said please vacate on our personal request for few hours in near by hotel which was c grade property. I had argument regarding all after which they allowed us but we stayed only in tension that anytime they will say us. Our whole period went in waste. I also called ibibo for same but the phone got disconnected. I request you to look into this and refund our whole amount as we did not stay there calmly. I request not to give this kind of property from your site. And because of that only my husband again fell ill. I am shocked even after paying whole amount they were deliberately asking to vacate the were pretending like we were botheration for them.

Good Hotel in Delhi close to Shalimar Baugh Metro station ( ~ 1.3 KM from the metro stop). New property with spacious - clean rooms & great ambience. Breakfast at Suffiana restaurant was tasty. Dinner service was good but the food is bit overpriced. Overall, great property with good location and easy to travel across Delhi from this hotel. Few suggestions - * Outside floor aisle / lobby can be noisy in night with staff talkin on walkie talkie. * I was given room 109 which was above restaurant kitchen and the staff noise from kitchen in the night up to 11:30 - 12:00 was audible in the room. Back window in the room was not locking properly.

check in was smooth..room was good...washroom issue is there as they don't mention any button for geyser..and the worst thing is breakfast experience..even after 9.am there not ready with breakfast..i have asked many times to boil egg..but they are faild to provide..and i left the hotel..

It was a pleasant experience . The Rooms were at par with any Star Hotel especially the bathrooms . The location is very well connected with local market and is easily accessible by cabs . This level of Hotel was a desperate need of North Delhi. Kudos to the team .

Such a property was a desperate requirement of North Delhi since long . It is an absolute worth for money .The rooms are comparable to any Star Hotel .Since it is a brand new property,everything is impeccable.I just wish they maintain their standards .

Hotel was good but room needs to be little furnished walls are a bit soolen with water but overall stay was good and pls reduce the price of food it was overpriced .
