Hotel is ok the pros are location, accessibility and cleanliness. Bathroom was very clean. The cons are for every thing you have to call thrice and then they bring. Food was ok, less number of heater available no centralised heating or heater in each room its like first come first serve. We asked for good view room even though it was available the receptionist took us to the room which had wall in front of the window but as no light was there in the room they had to give the room above it. For basic things like blanket and water you have to call multiple times to reception and then they provide.

The claasic room was smaller than depicted in the photoes. The service was ok. It seemed like they were untrained. The staff needs better hospitality training. They are not adept and effective in handling a full house. The staff provided with a fan as required. but we had to follow up at least 5 times.

Utterly worst experience with this hotel. Fraud management threatens for extra amount after taking room. Seriously threatens! The hotel doesnt provide hot water / no cleaning as such. Rooms is nothing like whats there in photos. kindly dont opt for this, or else you trip will be ruined. Worst hotel|

It was clearly mentioned about the complimentary breakfast, but these resturant staffs are really bad, they would charge for the complimentary breakfast. Always remember while booking with the hotel. I Got cheated!!
