Booked Deluxe AC room for ₹/- only.Receptionist was humble and behaved well !Hotel Interior, Lift, Room, AC are excellent but before booking this hotel, ask them to beware of following...◆ I was late to get checked in the hotel so got to know room was already given to someone else in my absence. I made them realise to avail my room asap and it took 30 mint at least. Therefore, it was okay to me.◆ But they didn't change bedsheet and towels and floor was dirty too (May be, because of in a hurry).◆ Found cups, disposals, bottles etc on stairs and outside rooms.◆ Food restaurant was expensive so I preferred booking.◆ No grocery shop, restaurant, dhabas etc are available nearby.◆ 1km away from Durgapur Circle (Bus Stop) where you can get a ride easily.◆ A little isolated place so don't forget to bring your items to survive here.

location is not upto the mark. service was pathetic. for one order a tea they take almost one hour to serve. same time taken when u order even a water bottle. breakfast is not on buffet but in room and they take ages to serve u pre decided paratha and poha. room cleaning services is pathetic. i stayed there for there days every day i kept calling for room cleaning but they never turned up. no bedsheet change. hotels are all about service so had i given a chance i'll gine them -100 marks for this. i don't know why they are running it.

The location is beautiful and was so lovely to have the view out of the window. The room was very clean and staff was very friendly and cheerful - the personalized welcome sign and muffins were great! good location,the service at reception was excellent, the room was much better then i had expected, amazing service,I loved everything in this hotel

Hotel staff is rude and wifi doesn't work even after complaining.. There is only one setup box in whole hotel which they provide to the rooms whenever they are asked to on the television... We asked them for two plates and spoon for that also they denied..Not Satisfied .. Need to work on staff facilieties

Too costly for the services offered. Overall average experience. I stayed here for the second time. Basic amenities like drinking water, hot water in washroom, toiletries, towels, power backup were provided only when requested several times. The hotel is understaffed however they are well behaved.

Rooms were spacious with all the basic amenities and alongwith bathroom were clean. Breakfast was fine, Pillow covers were a little less clean. Location is good with easy accessibility. Overall the stay was comfortable.

Third class hotel. No power backup, rooms are dirty, ac water is leaking in room, no water in washroom half of the time, lift is not working, towels used, dish recharge not being done and food is also not good.

Do not book rooms with breakfast as they have no buffet. They simply arrange one dish, that too took long time to serve in room. Not recommended.
