The Beacon Hotel NIBM, Pune

The hotel is located at a dead corner, The entrance path towards the hotel is very narrow If u dont have a car, you cant reach this hotel, and if u have car, they dont have parking, hardly 3 cars can be parked I had to leave early in the morning and i found someone parked his car right behind my car and security was not present there, reception staff got the keys of car and i had to move another car to take out mine, the car owner refused to help The nearest restaurant is 450 mtr away, but not a safe area to walk alone at night, beside the hotel entrance gate i have seen a lot of drunk people from slum fighting Not safe for single women for sure Rooms are good but that's just because this hotel is new, I could hear all the sounds from all rooms all night And then after the shower bathroom was completely clogged Room 305 Completely disappointing

my check-in time was 12:30am, no food facilities were available at the time and outsider food was not allowed. my room’s ac wasn’t working, the staff took an hour to change the room. my request for giving the rooms on the same floor was ignored. both the room were of different categories one was executive class and other one was deluxe, i booked executive class for both of the rooms.

it was good but room service facility should be improved it and solar should little improve it it was good but stay

Poor service,Limited in dining room menu...overall poor choice even for single occupancy..
