Even though people in the reception was good ,humble and helpful but rooms are small and In the washroom there was problem of water logging there was some problem of water logging even in the reception area due to which all toilet water came out and collected in the reception area...horrific situation. no matter how sweet you speak if you fail to provide a hygienic stay..it is not worth it.coming to the breakfast last day couldn't have breakfast bcz it started from 9:30 .we had other places to cover so we had to give up the complimentary breakfast so that we can go out by 10 o clock.restaurant person was quite rude so we avoided having lunch dinner there..we had it outside again coming back to the room, the kettle was stinking and towels weren't clean. It is also overlooking a school and lane is too smallanother problem we faced is with parking out car bcz the place where the car was parked was an open but gated area and huge rats are there everywhere..the rat ate the foams ised to insulation in the car won't recommend this hotel at this price ofcourse nothing special about it..

Lovely experience. Though small is size, the hotel lives upto the expectations very much as a boutique hotel. It's much like a decent 3 star one. First of all, the senior staff Mr. Sivakumar is too humble and helpful to travelers. He gives great suggestions for 1st tome visitors and helps in every way possible. We got an extended 1.5 hrs, free late checkout, after staying here for 3 nights. The lower level staff too are very well trained, and modest in their behavior. The gatekeepers are prompt to help in car parking. When it was raining, the night duty guy for gatekeeping - brought an umbrella and helped my wife go from the car to the hotel. Muthu, the restaurant guy, was very very swift in serving you. I must say breakfast spread is great. It's not very large in range, but superb it is. Lots of foreigners as well as Indian middle class travelers stay here. Located at walking distance from Rock Beach / Promenede Beach and Aurobindo Aashram - it was a good choice I made to book the hotel for my maiden trip to Pondicherry.

The place is located very near to the Rock Beach Ganesh Temple and Aurobindo Ashram. All these places are walkable distance. I booked a Family Suite which was good, rooms were spacious. 2 bhk with attached bathroom and dining room and sofa and TV to watch and enjoy and be at leisure. The only thing which I didn't like is the breakfast, which is too bland, the service is too slow and even after repetitive reminders they did not customise the food. During dinner they served us only 1 plate for 3 ppl to eat food and gave desert spoons tea dal and sabji. I would suggest its better to eat outside than ordering from the hotels restaurant.

10/10 for this hotel. Peaceful stay for 2 days. My family enjoyed the whole stay here for 2 nights. The commendable highlights of this hotel is its excellent location near white town, friendly and helpful staff , all of them were very kind. Another notable feature was it's restaurant; we were provided tasty breakfast ( combo items)for 2 days. Tasty dosas and omelette we tried. Very happy. They even allowed us for an early check in and late check out as well. Thank you everyone especially the frontdesk staff and housekeeping staff. Will definitely recommend to others as well

the stay was amazing. the breakfast buffet options are few but good ones. especially the veg platter with different things to serve each day is more than enough for the whole day. the location of the hotel is best as all sightseeing places and cafes are within 1 km. most cordial staff i have ever encountered. i have been to pondicherry four times and always stayed with them. thank you for making the stay worthwhile everytime

Well furnished with modern and very beautiful interior. Very pleasant ambience. Staff is very polite, welcoming and supportive. In house restaurant is beautifully decorated and serves excellent food. Located in the white town and all the major tourist attractions are in close proximity. Two wheeler rental is just opposite the hotel which is of great convenience. Over all great experience and highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, the staff is polite and well mannered. The food at the restaurant is also good. The manager both at the reception and restaurant were able to handle any requests like late food delivery and late check-out. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Privacy and room cleaniness.

The bull is a boutique hotel located in White Town, Pondicherry. The hotel staff is courteous and caters to all your needs. Rock beach is only a 10 minutes walk, so are all the French colonial tourist spots. Breakfast is sumptuous and you can order in your choice of south Indian or North Indian cuisine

the hotel is situated at a very good location. walkable distance from all the eatery and nightlife. staff was very polite. Breakfast spread was also Decent! we booked Super deluxe and room size was good. only drawback was that the shower panel was not working properly and there was no hot water!
