The stay was good, beds were comfortable, staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very nice and spacious, bathroom was a bit too small. No proper view from the bedroom and there was nothing in surroundings that you can go to enjoy by walking. I lkied the idea of hiring activa for 600 per day to roam around nainital. Hotel is easily accessible via road with small or big cars. Breakfast was ok, same menu was repeated the second day. Taste of the food was not that great. They only provided breakfast in the hotel and rest meals tou can order from zomato/swiggy and it will be deliverd to your room's doorstep. Overall a comfortable stay in my 1br apartment, microwave, toaster, fridge and cutlery was provided in the room.

My overall stay experience was great in the hotel. I myself and my family loved the hotel. The location of the hotel was very smooth. The rooms were very clean. Beds Pillows were very comfortable. No disturbance from the other end. The staff behaviour and hospitality was very nice. Complimentary breakfast and the food quality was very good. Free parking space available. Good sceneric view from the hotel. 5 star from my end. Mainly hospitality, staff behaviour, food quality and cleanliness. Secured surroundings I felt as a family person.

I was stayed in two bed room apartment service was good and the rooms are also clean food was good for breakfast it just they should improve their menu for breakfast little bit as they repeated the same menu after one day. Overall experience was good and nice. Mr Deep and Caretaker Kamal are helpful with all the needs. Its a great stay with family or couple and its worth it staying here . As family we enjoyed the living room area .So apartments are good for family. They have all neccessary kitchen items like microwave, cutleries,etc.

It was a great experience staying here. Mr. Deep is very kind, helpful and approachable person. As per my experience I will recommend this property. Few points to note: 1) Property located at steep uphill so one need to take a cab from mall road till hotel. Cabs are mostly available throughout the day. 2) Hotel doesn't have own restaurent but one can use the Earl's Court Restaurent for lunch and dinner. If you take room with breakfast your breakfast will be served in your room. 3) Their breakfast was good.

It's a great place to stay. They provided us with very well furnished one room apartment ( Bedroom+ Living room with attached Kitchen). It is a little far from Mall Road but within a walkable distance downhill. But uphill you will need to take a taxi or you will get tired. There is parking available in front of the Hotel. The Food was good. Very good ambience and couple friendly. The TV was in the living room when instead it should be in the bedroom. The staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

it was an awesome Stay. they have apartments concept which very good. my kid is really enjoyed here. The Manager of this Property, Deep is very kind person who helps to maximum extent to the visitors. Recommended and also will try to visit again.

It's a big and quaint Bungalow.And is perfect for a family, or for friends, has very homely vibes. Mr. Deep, property caretaker made us feel very comfortable.It's a little on top 2 km from Nanital lake, and so is amid peaceful environment.

nice warm and comfy place not too far away from the mall the only thing which is needed is the pick up & drop facility as in the Earls court as not everybody in the family is up for high incline walks

Hotel staff and specially Mr. Deep is a very humble person. Though the location is a bit far from Mall road, but hotel's ambience, staff and facilities makes it awesome. Safe stay for couples.
