Hotel is clean and staff friendly. The room was very small. Got a free upgrade to the highest category but that room was the same size as the temp one given for my early check-in which they said was the middle category room. The TV wasn't working on check in, I complained and they rectified the TV but no channels were showing to which the tech mentioned they need to top-up the set top box which would take around half hour. This never got done and although I informed them on the second and third days, it didn't get rectified. Ceiling had damp marks, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud and couldn't be shut off as it was directly connected to the bathroom light... Most of the rooms are on the first floor and there is no elevator also, no windows in the rooms. Paid breakfast is delivered to your room but there is no choice for the guest and wasn't value for money also there was no fixed time for delivery. Didn't like that they charged me for early check in and late check out Wi-Fi worked well.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. I got a dirty and torn towel to use. Room was too conjusted as per the price what you pay. There was a construction work going on in hotel just beside my room. Which disturbed me soo much like I couldn't even stay there any longer. I was not able to work at all because of that. They didn't even changed my room. Don't go with the images they are showing. The room is too small and not even clean. I'll never ever stay here even if it is free of cost. If you are reading my review please beleive me, I want to save you from the torture. Staying here was literally a torture to me. I only felt good when I did checkout out from this pathetic hotel.You can't work here. I had online meetings, but the construction work disturbed me soo much that was unable to do anything.

This hotel is meant for couples who want rooms for few hours only. The couples will play loud music to mask their noises, and after checkout, the staff will clean up the room right in middle of the night while banging doors and talking loudly. When I requested the staff to recharge the TV cable box, he simply said to use free wifi and watch something on mobile. No daily room cleanup if not requested. No water pressure in the shower. Water heater just warms the water for while further reducing the water pressure. The room is much smaller than as shown in the photographs. Only good part is the location and relatively better cleanliness in the room.

I highly recommend not to book this hotel at all. Room sizes are way too small and are not even properly cleaned. My breakfast was included and got a packed box of puri bhaji and coffee was served almost after an hour. Di not book any of the room category as all the rooms are same and they charge high saying a supreme room category. No disciple and they do not value their time, even their printer was also not working and i yet to receive the bill from them inspite of multiple follow ups. remove them from their hotel list.

1) Beautiful interior. Looks very luxurious. 2) Clean bathroom. Also very spacious. 3) Adequate breakfast. Poha and sandwich. 4) They also allowed me to extend until 1 pm as i requested which was very generous. Now few things which they should work on it. 1) the night reception staff was not very welcoming. At least a smile would make a lot of difference. 2) No coffee or tea in breakfast which they can actually consider to provide. Other than that we had a great stay. Totally recommend!

Hotel location is easily accessible.it is near to the marol metro station.Rooms are small. Bathroom cleanliness was below standard. TV remote was not working Breakfast was not included in the tarif., Almost all the hotel near by has similar room rent ,which I feel is not worth for the money.Hotel need to improve the cleanliness.

i have booked 180 sq feet room however they have given a very small room probably of 120 sq feet.. even after complaining and the hotel both, the issue remained same.. mosquitos were roaming in the room, towel was of synthetic type so was not skin friendly and overall it was a bad experience..

The rooms were aesthetic. The bathroom was clean and hygeinic. The staff was polite. Overall vibe of the hotel was decent. Complimentary breakfast was given. Just a small issue of area of the rooms; they were too small. But otherwise it's highly recommended for an overnight stay.

At first i have gone there then they said wait for 15min then i waited then she said room is overbooked and she will send me to nearby hotel blue orchid,,,,when i checked in over there smelly bathroom smelly room was provided,,,inshort waste waste waste of rupees,,never book

Hotel rooms are fine. But staff is pathetic. They keep talking in loud voice entire day. Plays loyd music on reception whole day. Funny thing is even on 1st floor last room all the noise is heard. Moreover, no network in any of the hotel rooms. Horrible staff

This hotel is completely laughing with their customer. they don't have a personal kitchen but they are checking booking with a breakfast complementary. they don't ask you what you want to have for breakfast. They don't even bother what the customer says.

The property has an ease of access and is 5 min walk from a metro Station. Clean place with friendly and supportive staff. Value for money and highly recommended. Close proximity to airport and metro station and availability of good Wi-Fi.

Overall experience was good, room was clean , bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Everything was upto the mark except room size, room size was too small but i dont think its a big problem for a couple.

Worst stay ever. They dont even allow guest at evening hours. And the staff is very rude. Management just asked to leave the stay. Very bad stay. Not recommandle at all
