my stay was upgraded to premier king rooms, the rooms were clean, beautiful decors keeping in mind the comfort of customers..every service be it housekeeping or in room dining or any other assistance from reception...the staff are beyond committed, very homely and comfortable vibes from all of them.i asked for a sewing kit at night and they were ready to arrange for that!all thefood items i ordered were tasty and served in a very hygienic manner.every service i got within five minutes of my request.special mention to the housekeeping staff roshni and reception incharge bhagyashree..they are examples of commitment and professionalism..overall stay of four days over there was very comfortable and worth cherishing.

This place is centrally located. And located in a very vibrant location of Bangalore. Close to MG road, Brigade road,Koromangla and Indiranagar. Staffs were very polite and helpful. I have been offered an Ayurvedic drink as wasn't feeling well and was traveling alone. Value for money. Recommended

I stayed here 2nights . The rooms are really good. The bathroom was so clean. In this price range it's really great. The location is undoubtedly the best. The staffs are friendly. breakfast also good . The hotel is great.

The room was excellent but I wish the spa was active. and I saw a very huge porcupine look-alike rat there feeding on leftover food outside the room doors. But overall loved the hospitality and Japanese concepts.
