In the search of a good Villa, we came across this property. The images looks gliitery & tempting, though it came out to be an old & ill-maintained villa which needs a-lot of maintenance & upkeep. The dinner was not upto the mark, however, the breakfast was better after our perusal to the cook. The food portions were extremely small & we land up in paying for evening Maggi, Tea & Dinner which was not worth at all. The serving bowls were broken. The location was a bit tricky as it is difficult to reach the property by using GPS, you need help from them to reach. I would suggest the promoters that they are blessed with a beautiful property, a little more effort over landscape & interiors would help in popularising & gaining praise.

very difficult and far to reach place, no local transport nearby ...if you reach in odd hours you won't get anything to eat as for food you have to tell them atleast two hours before....no shops or resturants near by...no attendant/caretaker available from villa side in late night or early morning hours....attendants reach in morning by 8.00 clock... although food was good and homecooked and caretakers were polite and helpful

Everything about this homestay was great! The beautiful architecture, sprawling hallways and alleys, rustic interiors, the delicious food, everything! I went for a leisure trip with my friends and I have to say that this property is great for a group or friends or families alike. It was wonderful experience going with family, services attract more to my family members.

Very good property and food is also very reasonable and tasty .Hotel staff and care taker are very polite and I stay with family my experience is very good ,vintage property so don't expect lavish style this is royal property British Era .Far from Naini lake so if you want peaceful and relaxing stay visit

It was an amazing experience everything was to the point and the way we expected it. Food was really amazing. The service provided was superb."Good view, excellent service, delicious food which is pure vegetarian. Cozy rooms surrounded by nature. Our vacation turned out great with our stay.

Services & hospitality provided by the property was fantastic. Room which they offered was well maintained & cleaned including washroom.We had a food which tastes nice. This lodge is not properly located so we had to struggle to find it.

The location was very nice. They served fresh food also. The staff and owner were very nice and helpful. The Wi-Fi facility was not available. There was no restriction for going out and coming back. It was a safe place to stay.

Property is a very old one, hence termed as heritage. It was built in 1855 and the theme is set around that only. Staff is good, parking is good. But approach road is very typical.

It was a nice stay. Breakfast is good. The hotel is at a height and hence steep roads to reach the hotel. Further, the toilet jet was non functional, toiletries were absent
