Hotel The Emporio A Corporate suites

Due to a farmers protest on Delhi Chandigarh Highway, I had to choose a different route and drove almost 10 hours. i reached the hotel at 2am.when I saw the room, i was in a real shock. it was a very very small room for three people.it was unbelievable that this hotel charged me (including taxes) for this room.Reason for dissatisfaction: i don't know why team check their listed properties where they are charging this much amount for these pathetic small rooms.staff was extremely cold except the one in the morning (who tried to compensate my frustrations by providing a complementary breakfast - poha and tea, which was as actually tasty). . Mostly the room conditions are far worse in comparison to to the available images Make a policy to update the images on monthly basis to make sure that the rooms are maintained.Also make an easy process for the customers to contact customer support (atleast for those who have a current booking).Dear Emporio team, please train your staff atleast upto the level where they does not increase the frustration. is not a small amount which i have paid and getting this type of room is really a trigger point.When anyone book any hotel my paying this much amount, they expect a comfortable stay not a suffocating one.Compliment: for the morning manager who was there at the reception. Thank you.Very small room, without AC no one can survive.when I opened the curtain to make the room less suffocating - wooooo ..... i saw a dumping area of the hotel. Please clean that area.

Worst hotel. They accomodated us in room lower than our booking When I asked them, first they try to justify that it is same room. Even after showing pictures of room visible during booking to them, they did not agreed to change the room. I called them they give us another excure that Delux rooms are being renovated and as per the they are doing this for customer like me.I mean what type of excuse is this. Than after insisting multiple times, they shift us to delux room 9 hrs qfter checkin i.e at 10:30 pm. That room was rwfurbished on that day itself. Due to smell of adhesive and mosqueto bite like a railway platform my whole family suffer full night. I even asked them asitional mosqueto repllent but they denied. My 4 year old son was having full body coversd with red spots due to mosquitobite. This hotel is a big no no.This is worst than a roadside guesthouse.

the location was fine.. the cleanliness should have been more better. I would have rated them 3 but the person helped me late in the night when I wanted a pain killer.. There is noise during the night of people taking or working which needs to be managed.. the pics justify just a fair bit of what the hotel is.. the hotel staff is nice.. specially the girl at the front desk, she seems to be a Doppelganger of Anushka Sharma, she was cute and was friendly during the check in or check out process

Does not deserve even 1 star, So bad hotel that I have ever been. The entire staff is partying the entire evening and hence no room service or food or anything. Electricity was out for 40 min and no one helped. Loud music and staff screaming the entire evening.No care for their guest that this noise is a problem for us and our family. No reply to complaints.
