I am utterly furious and disappointed with the abysmal experience I had at this hotel. On the 20th of June, my wife and I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, only to find it completely closed and devoid of any signs of life. The darkness surrounding the place sent shivers down our spines. After relentlessly knocking on the door, the manager finally appeared and reluctantly switched on the lights. I demanded an explanation for the closure, and to my astonishment, they nonchalantly informed us that there were no other guests and the entire place was vacant.Despite our apprehension in that eerie valley, we reluctantly proceeded to check-in. The audacity of this establishment became even more apparent when I inquired about dinner, as they had prominently advertised dining services. Their response was nothing short of brazen insolence – they callously informed us that there would be no dinner available because the chef was conveniently on leave. Instead, they had the audacity to suggest that we seek sustenance at another hotel. Can you believe it? After paying a staggering sum of for a three-day stay, we were met with such appalling hospitality.Infuriated by this deplorable treatment, I resorted to contacting the owner not once, but twice. It took a painstakingly long 30 minutes of arguing and expressing my dissatisfaction for them to begrudgingly agree to provide us with some food, albeit with a restricted menu.Food , as i am vegetarian, was found to be good from second day onwardsIn the name of Gym area, they have one room with cycle and bench🙂In light of the exorbitant amount they charged for their services, this entire experience can only be described as Sad. The hotel failed to deliver on its promises, showing a complete lack of respect and regard for its guests. I implore anyone considering staying at this establishment to reconsider, as the value for the exorbitant amount they charge is woefully inadequate.I give two stars
