I had a wonderful stay at The Grand Ambassador, Kottayam. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the facilities I needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the service was excellent. The location was convenient, and everything about the hotel felt luxurious yet homely. The hotel is neat and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is clean. The staff inside wont help much with the luggage but the hotel is a great find for the location and the price. Their in house restaurant Grand Entree also serves good food and has cute aesthetics. Loved the stay.
