Location is good but the service the provide is not at all worth the price they charge. They dont evn provide u wid drinking water. On booking fr 3 person they give a double bed room and on complaining ask to adjust. Charge double the mrp fr water and claim it as room service charges. Really not worth it. just d outer appearance is good else nothing is good enough for what dey charge.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is very apt for tourist as it is near Karangi lake, zoo and the bus stand.The ambience of the hotel is good and the facilities are very good. The staff of the hotel is very warm and helped us in planning out our day tours. The hotel is attached with a r eega u restaurant serving very delicious food for breakfast and lunch.

hotel said. free complementary pickup from railway station. but charged Rs.400. Room service is good . Only veg. if we want Non veg, they will arrange some out parties. Veg is good. non veg is not good. Not worth. Restaurant closes on everyday 5pm. Dinner available only outsource. no Dth, cable TV only. signal distubance every 20seconds. overall Ok.

Only if I could give negative star for cleanliness. Bedsheets were torn. Hair everywhere. Never seen such dirty towels in my life before. Had to sanitize my hand after touching towels. Location is great. Near to station,zoo, palace. But location ka kya krenge jab room hi rukne layak nahi hai. Don't even choose this property by mistake.

A very enjoyable and nice stay in Grand Vanam, walking distance to the zoo and Mall of Mysore. Food is awesome and very reasonable price. The only thing that needs to be improved is the TV cable, it wasn't working when I stay, very disturbing. Overall, very recommended.

Not suitable for Family, full of smoke smell through the hotel. food is average mattress not maintainer well, since we took 2 rooms and changed after looking this issues. overall ok for 12hrs stay, I mean to sleep and wake off and move out for site seeing.

Although the room is ok, mineral water are said to be free, but the hotel did not provide any of that. This hotel is good for a day trip because the zoo and the palace are close from the room.It's good

Pathetic service, nasty food. Staff fighting amongst each other. No power for a long time. Generator gets heatedup. Never allot this hotel to others.

Hotel is average. But continuous sounds will be there which is really irritating. Food is ok ok.. Room is average.
