I booked The JPM Stay and I called to the mobile numbers which I received as a contact details of the hotel The person checked and confirmed my payments and booking dates. when I reached the hotel around 2pm and I was too hungry, the person in the reception informed me that no rooms are available right now and I need to wait till 4pm and if the room will be available then they will provide me a room. From reception, they informed me that they had not received any call from. me and I showed them the WhatsApp chat then they stopped the argument and they started to find a room to their other properties. At last, they informed one room is available in their JPM White House property (near to Kailash Coloney metro). I got the room at JPM white house around 3pm. The room was average in JPM White House. There was no security, anyone can come to the door of the room. I appreciate the receptionist Jyoti at JPM White House. She was so helpful. I booked JPM stay because it was walking distance from my office but JPM White house was quite far from my office.

The staff behaviour is awesome, service was fast and polite, hotel manager is ready to solve your problems within seconds, budget friendly, I would suggest you to book this hotel , you will never regret, earlier I booked for 1 day then I continued it for next 5 more days . I would give 10/10 honestly.

Very Pleasant and comfortable experience I had. Hotel Staff and owner are much very friendly person. although some things always happens to you but how you deal with it, its depends. I found that I can stay here again and can recommend to my friends ❤.

Decent stay. Misses on basic amenities. AC controls were a mess. Remote was provided the next day. Flush was not working. Too many mosquitoes. 4 Stars for staff behavior and promptness. Not very value for money.
