Total money loss. First the actual Hotel location differs lot from what is showing Then the room was very small and even the bedsheet was having holes, after requesting also the receptionist cum boy ignored it and didn't replace it on 1st day but 2nd day it was replaced. I had stayed 2days, on day 1 I didn't get any breakfast even after asking for it before 8am as I had to went out for peronal work but only provided a cup of tea only after requesting. On day 2 I had the breakfast and it was average I'd say. The surprising part during checkout the receptionist asked for Rs, 50/- for 2 days tea which was supposed to be totally free as I had booked it with complimentary free breakfast. After argument I paid Rs,25/- to him but didn't receive any bill for that as I understood that the amount actually he asked for his pocket only. No toolkit, only 1 water bottle that also after asking, not very cleaned room, TV worked but no channel showed due to non-payment of set-top box.My concern is that the charges that was paid for 2days booking and the service received not at all justified. Please rectify this hotel arrangements and improve customer service. I'll not recommend it to anyone.

The property is good & all their room was very good as well & their services were good as well but their services regarding food was very slow as they don't have any in-house restaurant in it so they bring food from outside & they take too long to do so but still they do provide complementary breakfast here which is very good thing again. Overall I had awesome experience staying here.

Very much self satisfied with my stay in this property as the facilities and their services that they have provided was nice. Initially the room they provided was smelly. So they provided another room & that was nice & comfortable. Food option is also there and it is located near to Airport.

There is no tissue paper or toilet paper I was asking so many times for tissue paper but they didn't provide In breakfast only 2 aaloo ka prantha with lot's of salt and without tea or coffee And most horrible thing is that lot's of mosquito

Very safety..Near to prime location.Bailey road and airport..Patiputra railway station.I come from patliputra railway station.Very near.Staff is smart and very nice service. Safety and polite staff and hotel environments

Location is good, near to airport but staff is not good for any service they'll charge money. No water in room, after imforming also they'll take 2hours
