worst ever experience at pangong hotel. zero hospitality at all. no one is there to listen to you. They don't care at all about the service. Rooms condition seems as if not even cleaned since it's built. dirty bedsheets, dirty toilets, no working television, no hot water, no proper ventilation. You will feel like choked in the room without oxygen. The staff is not even at reception. they don't respond to calls and even talks rudely to the guest. Pathetic room service, zero star for cleanliness, all the time you hear sounds from either outside or other rooms. They don't even care you are there or not. No id proofs are asked for check in. the waiters are chewing tobacco all the time and serving you room service. Dont ever stay here.i have neven seen such services at any hotel.

This Hotel is very normal looking hotel with all the services that you can ask for. A peaceful hotel at a peaceful place where you can just and relax and get drawn with the beauty outside. Spacious room, very good service and excellent food. Easy access to all the needs.The Heaters were a pleasant surprise, especially when you travel in early winter. The front desk was very helpful. Spread of buffet for breakfast and Dinner was brilliant, but limited options, choice was not there, But overall it was a fantastic experience in this hotel.

The place is very difficult to find. It took us 45 mins in the night to find this place. Very far from Pangong view point (1.30 hours far).The area is remote so could not even contact hotel staff as their phones were not reachable. They have no boards or signs and GPS location provided is wrong. Rooms were clean with attached bathrooms. It is definitely not a resort. The only good thing about the lodge was the view. You get the lake view and snowy mountains view from the rooms which will make you forget all the hustle.

1 Star for the well behaved staff who served us....Otherwise the Hotel deserves 0 Star.. Because the drunk manager behaved very rudely when I asked him if he can switch on heater...Owner must know that Good behavior is more important than Good looking rooms,I suggest tourists to avoid this Hotel if you dont want to spoil your trip...We Checked out the very next day and went to Tso Moriri Retreat.... Look for other reviews,where people have faced similar experience.

I went there with my friends. Hotel was nice and it is peaceful and comfortable hotel. but there was a problem, hotel staff didn't provide us the heater in our room, they were saying that heaters are not available and it was very tough to spent the night without the heater in the cold. location was very nice and peaceful, but it was quite difficult to reach there. But overall it was a fantastic place to spent your quality time.

I stayed for 2 nights. the whole experience was a total disaster. room was not cleaned. no hot water in chilling days. flush was not working. no soap, shampoo in bathroom. food quality was too poor. manager was too rude and unsupportive for even minute things. even no drinking water in room. wifi password was changed by manager multiple times.in short. NEVER COME HERE FOR STAY

I stayed in 4th floor, view from there was amazing. Hotel rooms were average, common area maintenance is good.Room maintenance is average. Bathrooms are not in condition.Owner of hotel has no idea of hospitality, i don't know why he is into this business.I have asked him to send someone to medical shop for medicines in a emergency situation and he denied for it.

Very good hotel! Just a bit inside lane, big suv cars may feel little problem, but can be adjusted. No such big issue. Rest rooms were fine. I didn't get any wifi ! You can ask reception for wifi. Rest all good. Breakfast was also normal. At a lower price this hotel is best. Good staff. Go for it

The hotel's locality is OK but the view from our room which was connected on 1st floor with a big terrace with snow mountain peaks in background was awesome. Loved it😍. Room size was also appropriate. The staff were very good bu nature & was always ready to help.

It's an amazing property & is very well located nearby a market so locating it was very easy. The staffs were very sweet & hostile & the food we had over there was tasty too.

room was booked@.., now when I reached at hotel then they demanded 500 rs for heater.In -5 degree I have no choice but tried to negotiate.hotel is just average and overrated.

Hotel is old. No hygienic at all. Phone is not working. Dinner service is very late almost took 1 houre to service. No copration of staff. Charge heavy on food also.
