Rooms were good with clean and Hygiene. Mountain view was awesome from the window. Food quality was good but the service was slow while service boy was very helpful. The things what we did not like the early check-in option as we came from Udaipur after so long ride via car almost 20 hours and we tired a-lot, we reached hotel early morning between 3-4am and requested for early check-in but hotel manager or owner was rude and asked to us have to pay one room extra charge while our both rooms empty and available that time but they clearly denied nd said its our business. We were very disappointed 😞 as we paid all payments for both rooms already and had not free cancellation options and the weather was very cold temperature was 1-0 degrees also had 3 years old children with us we again requested for early check-in and said to him as we will check out early so plz provide to us as you have availability for rooms but they denied and said check-in as per you time at 12pm. So during booking hotel free cancellation option should available for customer so that they can cancel their rooms if hotel manager asked for extra charges.

Good hotel with lovely views. Rooms are big and nice. Neat and clean room and washroom. Wall to wall carpet on floor. Valley views from balcony. Food was good and tasty. Room service was disrupted as more then 70% staff was on leave due to local festival. Rest everything was good. Hotel is good to stay for couples/family/groups. Mr Pankaj Mehta (owner) will take care of all your needs.

Had a nice stay at Radiance Regency. the staff was also supportive and the owner was also available on the call for any support. We will definitely be planning another one here because of the location and view as well. Even on the last minute request, we easily got the room upgrade with the nice view by speaking with the owner.

Hotel and staff is good,food is avarage but Location is so far. It's name is Kufri but it's 14 KM far from Kufri and and in a village 'KOTI' there is not any place to visit.public transport is also not available there.

clean rooms, pretty good location. View from balcony was amazing. The kitchen was also good, service was quick and on point. the staff was nice and gentle. The food was good. Rooms and bathrooms were clean.
