WORST EXPERIENCE ! the contact number provided in the booking didn't answer the phone for the whole day, We reached the provided location but the name 'The Rainbow Castle' was not mentioned any where and no one helped us, we searched nearby places and finally around 10 pm after trying to call the property owner with different numbers he answered the call and said the name of the property is MOTI something, we got inside there was really bad smell and the bed was really thin, the washroom was not good, and toiletries were not provided. There was a power cut in mid night for more than an hour. Overall, I didn't like the property "WHEN WE CHECKED THE ROOM PRICES INSIDE THE AREA AND NEARBY LODGES THE PRICE WAS HALF OF WHAT WE PAID."
