This is my second visit to this hotel and found that staff was limited (due to covid safety) but they have given very good services to me specially Mr Bahadur has always taken care of everything and given me personal attention. Overall my experience was better than previous visit. Room and bathroom were properly sanitized daily in morning and staff was wearing masks. Awesome location near narmada udgam, staff was polite, overall good experience and very good stay In this time of covid, they have maintained a very good hygiene in and around the hotel. Proper temperature check was there to ensure safety.

Location: Excellent, one of the best location in Amarkantak near to bus stand and more importantly just 150m from main Narmada temple and kund. Services: Though the restaurant was not in operation but the room service was very prompt and food served was delicious.(only vegeterian food is served in Amarkantak so rest assured when I say you won't be served eggs also. Rooms: Clean linen, good ventilated rooms with added bonus of balcony in every rooms. Overall I stayed at Residency for two nights and it was blissful stay. Fresh air, calm surrounding and delicious food; what else is needed?

Hotel is at prime location as maximum tourist spots are at walkable distance. the staff is friendly and cooperative . Room is of adequate size with balcony and with tea maker and other amenities. Cleanliness of the room and hygienic bathrooms. they had run 4 hours continuous of DG set as light went off so many times. Nice food and huge sized glass covered restaurant. It gives panoramic view of whole amarkantak. overflow of dam & raining water gives panoramic view of fog from balcony. our whole family enjoyed a lot here.Must recommend for family.

I went through previous reviews and visited there. smooth check in not a single problem found.ac was working very cool as they are having centrally ac which is only at this property. No scarcity of water, running hot and cold water.smooth power backup, live kitchen was hygienic with tasty food.clean room and clean bathroom. lobby and sitting area was cleaned twice daily.Food charges was normal and staff services fast and smooth.easy accessible location near Narmada temple. done

Hotel Residency is the best hotel in Amarkantak, given the proximity to the temple. The staff are also very well mannered and cooperative. Mr. Rajesh, the owner is also a very nice person and easily reachable for any need during the stay, however small it might be. Proximity to the temple and professional staff..
