The Rosewood Hotel

All amenities are there and they treat customers politely. We paid per night, considering that Hotel doesn’t justify with what they offer. Room size is average and service is ok. The heater had so warmed our room in midnight and there was no mechanism to off or control it. We called room service but none picked call. It’s late night but I believe someone should be there to answer and help late night. Overall , I didn’t find it a 4 star hotel, should be a 3 star, and would I also rate as user,3/5.

This place is a little haven in Gulmarg, Kashmir. Tasteful modern decor with an old school rustic feel. Courteous staff who always have a smile on their faces. Food at The Mist is delicious and high on quality and flavour. Their coffee shop, Filamento was a pleasant surprise with the DJ set and ambience, something one wouldn’t expect in Kashmir. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious with a high level of amenities. We left with the zeal to come back soon!

1. the room service is very poor, I ordered pasta they told us it'll come in 15 minutes but we had to tell them multiple times and it finally came after 45 minutes. 2.the heater was not working,it was so cold at the night.3. The geaser was not working4. the bathroom, bedroom, and glasses were not clean.5. too expensive6. food had hair in it and was bad7. The fruits were not in good condition and were rotten8. will not reccomend others to waste money here

The hotel is situated at the top of mountain and its interior design are mind blowing nd different categories of rooms are available big nd luxurious room with centrally heated facilities nd great interior design . The restaurant also catchs the eye with nyc design nd big space. Services are good nd have best view around hotel. I personally recommend this hotel who had to visit Gulmarg. You will surely enjoy nd have great fun there..
