The Royal Retreat Hotel

1. Description says 'Free Valet Parking", upon reaching there was no valet or anything, rather staff said sir free mei bahar laga lo kahin bhi 😂2. Phone lines don't work3. Had to REQUEST ALOT for AC, because the AC remote was not even in the room, they keep that at reception 😂4. The whole hotel building stays dark and spooky, like literally on my floor just dim red lights in whole lobby. Whole building has 0 ventilation, no windows. 5. No hot water in shower 😂 but the craziest was, the showerhead was exactly on top of commode. If you want to shower, you need to sit on the pot else you can't 😂😂6. Receptionist was rude as well, didn't feel welcoming upon arrival, infact she had that face 'fir aa gaye guest log'There's alot more I can mention, but that's enough. Don't take this unless it's emergency.

There is lot of problems we face in this property.1)room is tooo small,just like cabin2)Cleaning issues: Toilets is not cleaned properly.3)Dont have kitchen.They say we can buy the eating products from the out side and they buy the items from road side stalls.4)bed sheets nd pillows not washed from the long time.Got smell from pillows nd bed sheets. even my body got rashes after the lie down on bed.5)There is lots of dampness in wall.6)They dont have bath kits nd dental kits.7)They dont give water bottle on complimentary.NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS HECTIC AND HEADACHE.DONT GO TO THEIR PROPERTY.THIS IS JUST LOOK LIKA A CHEAP KIND OF GUEST HOUSE.

While check-in they took 200 rupees more for the same room that we booked (no upgrade). Hotel staff stole our money from wallet when we were discussing regarding room with reception staff. We noticed it after the checkout that money is not there.

Best Experience, one of the best stay in minimum price. overall Experience was good, they have fast checkin process with good staff, good Rooms but lower space.
