my stay was generally positive, with clean rooms, satisfactory room service, and palatable food. however, a persistent leak in the bathroom resulted in recurring flooding, despite the housekeeping staff's diligent efforts to rectify the issue. aside from this, i have no significant complaints..

The place is very clean, spacious and relaxing. The location is very nice and staff is also helpful. All basic amenities are available and if you need anything extra, just ask the hotel staff and they will provide you that is possible.

Hotel location is good, and after security check proceed for room, one thing is good that this hotel is located in Mall building, everyone can visit branded showroom in this. Cleaning of the room and bedding is good quality.
