Had a bad experience, The room pictures did not match what's shown. It's completelyy different. I checked in late around 10:30 pm and immediately called staff to change the room as washroom also had issues. they said they will change first thing in morning. but next day they simply refused and said this is how deluxe room is. I had 2 days booking, got one day cancelled any how.Additionally No Wifi and AC did not have remote. Though the beddings was neatly done.But I expected transparency atleast and much effort at washroom end as well.

"i had an incredible stay at the sunrise view hotel! the view from my room was breathtaking, and the staff were super friendly and helpful specially surya and hafis. everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the amenities. i felt right at home. highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. 5-star experience for sure! 😊👍"

Our stay at Sunrise View Residence was wonderful, thanks to the excellent service and comfortable amenities. A special thanks to Mr. Hasib for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. Amenities and the staff were good. Ambience is very nice. Staff is so cooperative and well behaved. They don't provide Catering or Room service. But zomato service is available.
