The Taj Studios-Top Place for Couple Friendly Stay

For first for 28 floor apartment there was only 2 lifts which made it so difficult to commute to room and ground floor Secondly when we switch on the geyser the power used to go on and off every 3-4 mins Thirdly when geyser was on we couldn’t use the wash basin because electricity was passing through the water , I caution everybody who ever for to room 604 on 6th floor . This is really dangerous situation Fourth the host was not available to sort out the problems we faced Fifth we had paid amount for 5 guests that included accommodations and all but we were demanded extra amount for extra bed while we had paid that amount in the beginning, after continuous calls and arguments we successfully convinced them on same , they were not aware about the bookings and it’s facility we had opted for . Over all it was a bad experience, would not recommend this place at all . Although the only nice part about this place was a third party food vendor whose food seemed decent and reasonable

Lifts doesn't work. At the gate they click photo of you which was weird. Have to wait 20 mins for the keys outside the room .. plus the property manager ask 400 rupees extra for cleaning within 30 mins of check-in which was quit surprising.. the bed sheets and pillows where very smelly .. as a result i checkout in 2 hours. Not worth of what i payed for the room i got.

The place was good and quite neat. Veiw from 31st floor is one of the usp of this stay. Minor things such as access to lift card and basic toiletries like soap or shampoo were not available, which is fine. We could have asked for it, had we needed it. The stay is worth at this price point.

Its a bad place to stay for any family or business travellar only suited to couples, too difficult to find the room as nobody was thr to assist, rooms are in bad conditions
