If you want to stay inside a jungle, that too a tiger reserve, then you are left with very few options within our country. Tiger Valley Resort is one among them. Probably the best option for your tiger cravings. Because, firstly Bandhavgarh is well known for having one of the highest density of The Royal Bengal Tigers in India and secondly, the location of the resort is beautifully situated in between the corridor of Khitauli & Magadhi, 2 core zones of the Tiger Reserve, which provides an excellent opportunity to spot The Majestic Big Cats on the move. Their rooms & foods are of good quality too. On top of that you will be treated with utmost care by all the staff of the resort. There is a very beautiful urge present among all the staff of the resort to help you spot the Big Cats from their property, which is very much welcoming. Contact their manager, Mr. Ashish about your trip & for planning the Safaris. He is a born wildlife lover, i can bet you, you will understand, the moment you meet him and chit chat for some time. He will guide you with all his knowledge & provide you with the best experience possible while staying at their property. So to wrap up, I will request all the Wildlife Lovers around The Globe with a special taste for The Royal Bengal Tigers, to visit The Tiger Valley Resort at least once. You will fall in love with the place, that will bring you again and again to the resort, for the stay experience, the nail biting adventure, an overall invaluable memory to cherish for some time to come. We had booked a cottage that was supposed to have Wifi access. But the resort personnel had placed us in a cottage that did not have access to WiFi, no network coverage. They had also assured us to share the password of a dongle which they ultimately did not. We had booked Safaris earlier but wasn't able to contact the Gypsy driver due to total absence of network and internet. It was very scary, the resort personnel were unprofessional, nosy and was up for money looting in whatever way they can. They kept disturbing us for ordering food every now and then. Lastly, when they prepared the bill they hiked the price of all the food items (as compared to the rates given in the menu chart) that we had consumed during our stay. This place is not at all safe because of zero network connection, hotel personnel's unprofessionalism & irritating, nosy behaviour and while our duration of stay there were no other tourists according to what we had perceived.
