Pathetic service. Staff not bother to reply your call, even not respond to basic demands like drinking water, food etc. Dust was there in TV self, telephone desk and no almirah. Washroom very dirty, even toilet sheet broken, toilet water spray was broken. Quantity of Food items is very small and costly, even one cannot eat full bowl of rice with the quantity of Dal served. I strongly warn not to book room at this hotel.

worst experience ever, bedding was very dirty and torn, no TV channel was working. food was not tasty, on special order without chilli, they threw too much Chilli. no sweet dish after that. no coffee pouches available. all in all don't go for this hotel.

View from balcony is amazing...dont go woth the outside infra of hotel .... rooms are really warm and gives u wooden cottage feeling with all facilities required during the stay...

They have given small room and we have paid for deluxe room, waste of money. Kitchen is not included, Gallery sitting area missing, only one room with bathroom.

This place is basically a cottage and have good spacious rooms. there are not many hotels in kufri so this place is good to spend a night.
