The good part is privacy was respected, cleanliness was good and the area was good. But not a good deal considering the price. There was no water in the bathroom starting from night till the time of check-out next day. The reason given was that the motor was not working. Although I was provided with a bucket of water and I understand that such problems can occur anytime but this is not what anyone would expect while going to a room paying a decent price. I hope the hotel will work on the water backup problem.

Worst experience, reception staff knocked our door, shout at us, asked to leave the room before check out time. Really terrible please call me right now for confirmation, I'm still at hotel as because my check out time is 12:00 noon. Had an outstanding experience at the hotel, the staff was extremly hospitable, they went out of the way to fulfil our request. the rooms were also clean and comfortable, which was vital given the current scenario. The check in was hastle free, kudos to the management. will definitely be visiting this hotel again, highly recommended.

It was a pathetic experience. They charge a good amount like any good hotel and the rooms are dirty and torn out. The rooms are so shady. I checked in at 9pm and even then they did not have the room ready. They first asked me to stay in another room and use washroom of another room. They were really unprofessional and rude.

i have booked suite room's for two days.. but i checked out within a day time.... it's not worth for cash they taken . facilitates are not upto a suite room. i have booked suite rooms but they give ordinary room. Room's are dirty and old one. furniture are dirty. very bad experience.... They have no in house restaurant.

very poor service no manners of serving bf as and one day i didnt get bf as all staff was on leave such a great excuse they have. i suggest never to visit such property especially with family.in air conditioned room they charged me for room heater in winters which was free of cost in any other hotel of any category.

Lovely hotel, rooms are spotless. It was the perfect size and space for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable. a lot of great restaurants around to explore. I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered were delightful and eager to help! Thank you.

There is nothing in this hotel..only if u need a place to sleep and take rest..You cannot have anything to eat here as there is nothing.Service is pathetic as the attendent will bring everything from outside. Facilities wise it's 0 but the room were clean .

One of the worst hotel I have seen. Total wastage of money. No body to attend at reception, no phone in room, tea is available at 8.30 am earliest. It is already 9.30 a.m. and still waiting for breakfast.
