I was mesmerised by the height and the size of the room. This is a newly built property and everything is sorted here - cleanliness, air conditioner, geyser, food quality, car parking and night arrangement for the driver. The staff is really cooperative and helpful to cater to all your needs and requirements. I asked for a new channel on tata sky and they even catered to this niche requirement. Really happy with the stay and would highly recommend for family stay.

There were electricity issues at the hotel. ACs were tripping frequently. I had to change my room due to AC issues and got a deluxe room instead of premium deluxe room as per my bookings. The staff was very courteous they tried very hard to resolve the issue but this issue could not be resolved. 5 star for efforts of staff but property lacks the sufficient power backup.

One of the best hotel...interior, serice & staff behavior was also excellent It is a very good hotel with all basic amenities, good hygiene & food quality is also good. Overall the property is good & the overall experience was good with excellent service.

Our stay in the Urban Villa was amazing. Very neat and clean hotel with a big room size. All the crews are well behaved and polite. The location is very good 👍 happy staying

The room was clean and nice. The drawback of this property is that they don’t have a kitchen so you will have to zomato food. Rest the stay was really nice.
