I had stayed at The Vintage in Gulmarg on 31 March for a day stay with family. The welcome was warm and courteous and the rooms with facilities, quality of decor and view were amazing. Many hotels have that. But what won our hearts was the way one incident was handled by the hotel crew. My daughter, who is 6, suddenly felt giddy and almost fainted. Being in a small place, apprehensive of the quality of medical availability, I nevertheless called the hotel. Without a moments delay, they got in touch with the Govt Hospital nearby, arranged for the hotel car with the driver who not only drove us there, but he even carried my daughter up the steep slope (which was difficult for me to climb carrying my daughter), took the prescription from the doctor, went to the nearby medical store, purchased the medicines with his own money (which we ofcourse reimbursed but at that moment he did not even wait to ask), understood the dosage and explained it to us and lastly, drove is back. This gesture simply won our hearts and reassured me and my family that we were not only in a great hotel, but we were in safe dependable hands. During our 24 hours there, many from the hotel crew came over to ask about her health. Many thanks to the entire staff of Vintage Gulmarg - esp Javaid Iqbal Kumail Abbas, Faisal Rashid and Javaid Ahmd Bhat. Your hospitality proved that a hotel can also be a home away from home in its very true sense. May God bless you all. Warm, courteous and extremely welcoming staff. Excellent food and a heart warming hospitality. What more can one ask for?

One of the best hotels in gulmarg though on the pricier side. The location is near the shiv temple and gulmarg market which makes it a great location for a evening stroll. The room we were staying in was on the top most floor and had an awesome view of the snow capped mountains especially in the night. The room and the whole hotel is centrally heated and quiet cozy. We had the buffet breakfast in the hotel and the breakfast spread was really good but do keep in mind that breakfast in any hotel in Kashmir does not start before 8.30 am, so if you are planning for a early start on sight seeing skip booking the breakfast included package.

Hotel is good and stay was fine over there. Service was perfect over there. I had my food over there and the food was also nice. Hotel is located at a perfect location. There was a comfortable check in and check out. Nice accommodation and hospitality was there. Regarding cleanliness its a very neat and clean.

very beautiful hotel with all the required amenities. must stay hotel if you are planning to visit gulmarg. the staff is very friendly. their front office manager Mr aijaz Malik was very supportive to us. last thing their food is out of the world. must visit to taste their lip smacking food. cheers guys

Hospitality was great. Food was great, but they couldn't provide breakfast as per timings provided by them. Faced some minor issues of hot water. Overall, the guys were great and warm. Service was prompt and pretty much upto the mark. Thanks guys. May visit again soon
