Excellent rooms and good ambience. However there is no mobile connectivity (except idea in the reception area) and no wifi/internet which causes great problems.(I was told that a Jio tower is coming up shortly). In the top end Jacuzzi rooms, the bathroom does not have geyser connection. If hot water is required, an hour's notice has to be given for the boiler to be fired up. There is no intercom to the reception. They provide walkie talkies which often run out of battery and it is difficult to hear anything. The location is 5.5 kms away from the Tala gate so one has to start early for safaris. Food is good and so is cleanliness. The staff is eager to help and courteous but is not so well trained.Overall it is good but could be a lot better with some simple improvements.

A beautiful property located at just about 6-7 kms from Bandhavgarh National Park entry gate. It is a nice cozy place with beautiful cottages. The cottages and the attached bathroom are quite big and have more leg room than you can stretch, lie down, play cricket and tennis. Well...sort of exaggeration but they are quite big, the biggest rooms I have seen in a while. The cottages are nicely done up. The surrounding are clean and have a typical jungle look as you would expect in a national park. There is a beautiful swimming pool inside the premises. The hotel staff is welcoming, courteous. Food and service quality is prompt and is good.

cooperative helpful and polite staff. food was good but very very pricey for egg veg sandwich one slice Is of 120 in normal market it amounts to rs 25 and Sprite was very costly they have charged rs 100 for half litre electricity issue was there in the morning and insects were there in the room like we found lizard in the air conditioner and due to which we couldn't used the AC overall the room was very big but it was not clean also the location shown in the map is also not correct. it is around 7 km s far from the location shown in the map. it is advisable pls don't come to this resort .

location is awesome surrounded by jungle well maintained spacious rooms tasty food lots of places for photography most importantly staff and manager prabhat ji was very much cooperative in any regards... Guided in everything also arranged blankets and Binoculars for safari visit... must go location if planning trip to Bandhavgarh...

service are good accommodation good but its long distances from city. if you dont have booking for Forest jurney so dont depand on Hotal they dont have proper source for arrangements.. 🚿 not working properly..they dont have interconnected phone facility.. and television facility

Good property, staff is very good and attentive. Major problem is with cell phone, it doesn't work due to poor connectivity. A small suggestion that property should have intercom. As far as my experience is concern it was a good experience with Tiger Lagoon.
