I use to stay in this hotel on regular basis. But the new employees hired one black guy and another old guy there behaviour is extremely bad. last to last time asked them for the chair he replied to his colleague " yaar chair mag Raha hai kon " now to me "are nahi hai" I told him take a look chairs are next to you then again he replied "bola na nahi hai" if your are regular customer still you received such type of behaviour this show very bad. I book this hotel to convey my message to the hotel owner. I really want to see this hotel to grow because I am one of the oldest customer. I am use to stay in this hotel when they have 5 rooms only. Feel so bad when visit to the hotel from very long time and now you keep on facing such type of behaviour. but from last few months I faced such kind of situations however I cannot write everything over there. previously there behaviour is upto the mark but now just because of few guys this hotel comes under my black list Now I use to stay in another hotel. feel so bad about the staff behaviour (only two guys mostly in the night). please look that issue otherwise you will lose customer like me.

hotel location on good and intiror nice but night boy service not good he have not behaviour to customers for service.

service quality is extremely poor. Toilet is not clean at all I complained them many times but no action taken so far

nice big rooms ....but no hot water in tap ...we have to ask for it...close to railway station...
