The stay was horrible. The staff was horrible. Moreover after my booking they charged 300 rupees extra at the time of checkin. They said there was inflation. And the food was horrible and expensive.

I had booked the property and when I reached they said no booking has been done, I have not gotten the refund as well and I spent around 2200 on the rooms.

Worst experience, room is dirty and smelling. Not a good hotel. Bed is not proper and bathroom also not clean
