During check-in, I encountered a dispute with the receptionist regarding the booking price displayed on a booking app, which caused unnecessary hassle. Upon finally securing a room, I discovered it lacked basic amenities such as a TV and hot water, which significantly detracted from the comfort of my stay. Additionally, the malfunctioning AC and the overall lack of cleanliness in the room further diminished the quality of the experience.

The staff was very rude we booked it for 2400 after reaching hotel at 2am they are demanding us to pay extra 500 other wise go away from here finally i paid 500, the beds and sheets are very dirty having blood stains they denied to change the sheets even they dont have spare sheets very very bad experience dont go with family

there was leakage from the ac. There were no basic amenities provided by them like mat toiletterries, etc . also in the booking it was written breakfast included but there was not breakfast provided by them poor staff, no one responded to the calls, and guided. location is not easy to reach.

One of the worst hotel I visited in Hyderabad. Asking for more money while checkin. Room is not even worth for money. Full of dust and not even clean .
